How do I report a civic issue?
Visit the home page, click "Report Issue", take a photo or upload one from your gallery, select the location, and submit. Our AI will automatically categorize the issue.
Is my personal information shared with municipalities?
No. All issue reports are completely anonymous. We only share the photo, location, and issue category with the relevant municipality.
How do municipalities access the platform?
Municipality accounts are created by administrators. Contact us if your municipality wants to join CivicLemma.
Can I track the status of my reported issue?
Currently, reports are anonymous, so individual tracking isn't available. However, you can view all issues in your area on the Map View to see which ones have been resolved.
